The only down side of the property we purchased was that there was not a single tree on it. So in March, we brought in 3 beautiful, mature trees and had them planted around the homestead. One day, we plan to have a full orchard, but at least we have a start and we’ve taken a step toward sustainability and a smaller carbon footprint.
